Children are well motivated and eager learners. They persevere and are willing to have a go at things that challenge them. They acquire good listening skills and communicate well.
Leaders make good links with local schools and effectively support the transition for children who are due to start school. For example, they take the children for lunch events in local primary schools.
Children benefit from challenging and highly stimulating learning environments, indoors and outdoors, which are extremely well resourced. Children gain high levels of independence.
